Our Retuning Policy

We understand that handpans can go out of tune over time, particularly with regular playing or changes in climate. At NovaPans Australia, we’re here to help you keep your handpan sounding its best.


How to Request a Retune

  • Use the Original Box Your handpan must be returned in its original packaging to ensure it is safely transported without damage.

  • Send Us a Video Before sending your handpan, please record and send us a short video demonstrating the tuning issue. This helps us assess the condition of your instrument and prepare accordingly.

  • We’ll Provide a Quote Once we’ve reviewed your video, we will get back to you with a personalised quote for the retuning service. Pricing depends on the extent of tuning work required.


How to Send Your Video

Please send your retuning video to us via our Contact Us page or by emailing us directly. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.


Important Notes

  • Video First: Retuning requests must include a video before shipping your handpan.

  • Shipping: Shipping costs to and from our facility are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Timeline: Turnaround times will be communicated at the time of your quote.
