Shipping policy

Standard shipping takes a total of 8-12 business days for delivery, or approximately two weeks. This includes 3-5 business days handling time and then 5-7 business days shipping time.

For pre-orders, since we will build your handpan upon ordering you must add 8-10 business days to the total delivery time for the 9 and 10 note models and 9-12 business days for the 13 note models. In total this works out to 16-24 business days delivery for pre orders, or approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
