30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% refund guarantee on all regular orders within 30 days of receipt. Whether it's not the right fit or your circumstances have changed, we're happy to take it back, no questions asked — as long as the handpan is in brand-new condition with the original box and foam packaging intact.
For all eligible returns within Australia and New Zealand, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund upon safe receipt. For returns after 30 days, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Exceptions
Original Packaging Disposed Of — Without the original box and foam, we're unable to accept the return as the handpan cannot be safely shipped back. Please hold onto your packaging for the first 30 days.
Custom-Built Handpans — Orders placed through our Build Your Handpan process are made to your personal specifications and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Discounted Handpans — Orders placed with a discount code or special offer are not eligible for our free return service. Returns may still be possible at our discretion, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
